Applicants such as actors and anyone seeking employment within the entertainment industry may choose to apply to such advertisements, at which point Nino Firetto Casting will forward the applicant's details to the advertiser or display further application instructions.

3. A registered subscriber can create a profile, upload a photograph and apply for suitable opportunities on NINO FIRETTO CASTING and have the option to appear as a Featured Artist.

4. Any persons registering their details and having a profile on the website NINO FIRETTO CASTING is a subscribed member.

5. It is the responsibility of the subscribed member to NINO FIRETTO CASTING to check the website regularly for castings, auditions and breakdowns that they may be suitable for and to apply to them through the channels and directions given on the website. If your application is successful, you will be contacted by the Casting Director or Production company directly with a breakdown and other requirements.

Registration and Profile Creation:

You must be 18 years or over to join NINO FIRETTO CASTING.

When registering with NINO FIRETTO CASTING you must provide complete and accurate information. You are entirely responsible for keeping your login ID confidential and you are solely accountable for all activities under your registered user account, including all legal liability incurred from the use of your account by others. Subscribers can select to make their profile public within the Featured Artists Page, and in doing so you agree certain information in your profile will be available to all users of the website excluding your contact information. You chose how to be contacted by the third parties, agents, producers etc. If you wish to withhold any information then write ‘Withheld’ in the relevant field.

When applying to opportunities NINO FIRETTO CASTING will forward your profile to third party advertisers. In this instance your contact details will be visible and you have the option to reveal your contact number/s in the relevant box/s. Please ensure that you do not submit sensitive contact details within the incorrect fields, as doing so could expose you to spam or unsolicited mail or worse. If you wish to withhold your telephone number on your profile page write in the relevant box ‘Withheld’.

You create your Profile when you register as a Subscribed Member with the Website. We may disclose your information contained in your Profile to third parties as further detailed in our Privacy Policy. In particular we will make your Profile available to casting directors, producers and other employers. Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any material which in our reasonable opinion is sexually explicit, vulgar, indecent, racist, abusive, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, harmful, inflammatory, sexually suggestive, defamatory and/or obscene;

Publish any material which breaches, infringes, violates and/or is contrary to relevant laws, by-laws, statutes and/or regulations or codes of conduct;

Additional terms:

By using the Nino Firetto Casting site in any way, you are agreeing not to use the site to solicit, promote or otherwise sell any products or services. The site is for casting and booking purposes only. By violating this agreement you agree to pay Nino Firetto Casting £250 and each recipient £250 per offending message or e-mail.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee concerning the information relating to individuals contained on the Website (the ‘Information’) and therefore we cannot accept any liability associated with its use.

We cannot guarantee work, as the employment opportunities rest with the casting agents and are affected by the state of the industry as a whole. We cannot guarantee that employers who view your profile will call you in for an audition or that you will be offered the position after an audition. Those decisions rest with the producers, casting agents and employers.

We are unable to verify or provide any assurance relating to the nature or duration of any work or appointment that you may be offered as a result of using the Service.

It remains your sole responsibility to ensure that any work or appointment is acceptable to you. Subscribing to Nino Firetto Casting does not guarantee that you will be offered any vacancies by our Customers.

We do our best to ensure that the Information in the Website is accurate and helpful at all times. However, we cannot ultimately warrant the accuracy of any Information and cannot be held liable for any use or reliance you may make of or put on it

We do our best to ensure that the Website operates properly at all times, but we make no warranties as to the availability or accessibility of the Website to Users, Members, our Customers or any other third parties, and (save as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions) we will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the Website.

We are not responsible for the legal consequences of you entering into any contracts with our customers, casting directors, entertainment employers or any other third parties and we do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, costs or liability whatsoever incurred by you as a result.

You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any inappropriate behaviour in connection with the Website or any service including, but not limited to, any inappropriate content in other member profiles, or any inappropriate behaviour by customers or other third parties. Nino Firetto Casting is not an agency. Nino Firetto Casting is a platform for actors, extras, dancers, musicians, models, presenters and everyday people to gain exposure to casting directors, producers and employers in the arts for the purpose of gaining employment.

Billing and Cancellation Policy:

Six monthly, Quarterly and Monthly Subscription:

Subscribers who choose either of these options to sign up to Nino Firetto Casting will be billed automatically on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time. By entering into this agreement with NINO FIRETTO CASTING you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. The subscriber accepts that payment is taken in advance and that no refund is given for unused subscription periods.

Cancellations:

If you wish to end your subscription membership with Nino Firetto Casting you will need to provide us with a written request. Your account will be ceased after 7 working days. To avoid being charged for that particular month, your written request will need to be with us 7 working days prior to when the next Direct Debt is due. If you cancel you may use your subscription until the end of your pre-paid subscription term.

Annual Subscription:

Annual subscribers to NINO FIRETTO CASTING have a 30 day cooling off period from the date of signing up, in which to cancel the subscription. If the subscriber chooses to cancel within that 30 day period and has not used the service they will receive a full refund. If they have used the service a £15 administration fee will be deducted. Shortly before your subscription term expires you will be sent an automatically generated email via the site, presenting you with the option to re-subscribe. If you select to not to re-subscribe your privileges as a subscribing member will be ceased at the end of your then current subscription term. Nino Firetto Casting may submit periodic charges (eg monthly) without further authorization from you, until you have cancelled this authorization or wish to change your subscription type.

Cancellations:

To terminate the membership without charge, notify us in writing at any time prior to the expiry of the first 30 day period. Subject to the condition that the service has not been used in that period. No refund is available after this time. To cancel an annual subscription after the initial 30 day period please notify us in writing. You will continue to have access to the site for submissions over the remaining period of your pre-paid subscription and your membership will be terminated at the end of the originally agreed 12 month period. For cancellation to take effect prior to the next automatic charge, it must be received no less than 4 business days prior to the end of your current pre-paid subscription term.

Changes in price:

We reserve the right to increase fees, decrease fees or introduce new prices or charges at any time. If you cancel your membership we may remove your Profile details from the Website.

We may terminate your Membership immediately at any time without cause, upon giving you notice by email in which case we will refund to you, on a pro rata basis, any Membership Fee paid by you in respect of the unexpired term of your Membership.

Delivery Policy:

Once payment is received for a subscription period you will be sent a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt. You will then be free to use all the privileges reserved for registered subscribers.
